One challenge in finding software developers, aside from this being donated time, is that we are in a non-visible part of the industry. The dominant attraction appears to be fintech right now. Ideas on where to look for software dev talent? Know anyone interested in working in the code base?

We are working to build a list of research topics to put more thinking energy toward. Each topic should help provide clarity to the public but also serve as a technical specification to assist in the developer road map. Most topics are related to the legal, social, economic impacts of implementing the system at scale but all ideas are welcome.
